We love to eat, and we love to eat out.  Our friends frequently ask us for our dining recommendations, and we try to stay current with all the new restaurant openings.  We aren't professional restaurant critics, and our day jobs have nothing to do with the food or restaurant industry.  We don't own a restaurant, nor do any of our friends.  We pay for all our meals.  Since there's just two of us, our reviews typically reflect just one visit.  We're not going to try everything on the menu, and, if we don't like the place, we'll probably only go once.  We appreciate your keeping this in mind when reading our Houston restaurant reviews.
